1. General provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the services offered through the website evisarussiaportal.com.
e-Visa Russia Portal is an independent private service platform operated by MFA GLOBAL CONSULTANCY LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
By using our website or our services, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
2. Status of the service provider
e-Visa Russia Portal provides e-visa application support, document checks, and administrative assistance to eligible foreign nationals who wish to travel to Russia.
Our platform is not a government body, embassy, consulate, or official representative of the Russian Federation.
e-Visa Russia Portal has no authority to issue, approve, or refuse a visa, or to grant permission to enter the country.
Applicants may apply directly through Russia’s official electronic visa system. Use of our platform is not mandatory.
3. Scope of the service and added value
e-Visa Russia Portal provides an independent support service based on human review. The service is not limited to transmitting an application form.
Our services include:
1. Review of the personal information entered by the applicant.
2. Manual checking of the passport image and supporting documents.
3. Comparison of the information on the application form with the documents.
4. Identification of typing errors, missing information, and document inconsistencies.
5. Contacting the applicant in order to correct errors.
6. Making the required corrections with the customer’s approval.
7. Preparing the electronic visa application and submitting it to the official system with the customer’s authorization.
8. Following the application status and providing support to the customer.
These checks are carried out to help prepare the application correctly. They do not guarantee that every error will be found or that the application will be approved.
4. Who may use the service
Our services are intended for foreign nationals who are outside Russia, wish to travel to Russia, and are eligible to apply for an electronic visa.
The applicant must hold the relevant nationality, a valid passport, and meet Russia’s current entry conditions.
Our platform does not provide services to persons, organizations, or regions to which a service is prohibited under applicable sanctions rules.
5. Responsibilities of the applicant
The applicant is responsible for:
Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Uploading valid documents that belong to the applicant.
Checking passport and personal details.
Providing requested corrections and additional information in time.
Confirming the application details sent to the applicant.
Complying with Russia’s entry, visa, and travel conditions.
Applications made with false, misleading, forged, or unauthorized documents belonging to another person are prohibited.
e-Visa Russia Portal may refuse to process applications that are suspicious or cannot be verified.
6. Authorization to apply
By completing the application form and giving the relevant consents, the customer authorizes e-Visa Russia Portal to prepare and submit an electronic visa application in the customer’s name, based on the information and documents provided.
Necessary checks may be completed, and further approval may be requested from the customer, before the application is sent to the official system.
The customer’s authorization covers only the stated application support and submission steps.
7. Application timing
A Russian e-visa application may be submitted no earlier than 86 days and no later than 4 days before the planned date of entry.
The official assessment period is normally 4 calendar days. The day the application is submitted is not included in that period.
If a correction is requested because of incorrect or missing information, the assessment period may change.
e-Visa Russia Portal does not control the processing times of the official authorities and does not guarantee that a visa will be issued on a particular date.
8. Fees and payment
The total fee shown on our website covers the official e-visa fee applicable to the application and the independent administrative support and assistance provided by e-Visa Russia Portal.
The service includes document checking, verification of information, preparation of the application, customer support, and submission of the application.
The amount payable and any applicable extra conditions are shown before the customer completes the purchase.
Payments are made through the authorized payment providers supported by our platform.
Successful payment may be required before an application is processed.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Customers may request cancellation before the service has started.
Cancellation and refund requests are assessed in light of the stage the service has reached, the work already performed, applicable consumer rights, and the published Refund Policy.
Government fees that have been paid for an official visa application and are non-refundable are assessed under the relevant official rules.
Refusal of a visa application does not, by itself, mean that the assistance service was never provided.
Mandatory refund and withdrawal rights that applicable law gives the customer are reserved.
10. Visa approval and official decisions
Acceptance, assessment, approval, or refusal of an electronic visa application is entirely the responsibility of the competent official authorities of the Russian Federation.
e-Visa Russia Portal does not guarantee visa approval, a particular assessment time, or a definite right to enter Russia.
Holding a valid electronic visa does not mean that entry to Russia will be accepted without conditions.
The final decision on entry belongs to the relevant border control authorities.
11. Travel and entry conditions
Before traveling, applicants are responsible for checking Russia’s current passport, visa, health insurance, border crossing, and immigration rules.
A Russian e-visa may be used only at authorized border crossing points.
The stay period, number of entries, and purpose of travel permitted under the e-visa must not be exceeded.
e-Visa Russia Portal does not manage customers’ travel plans, transport bookings, or the decisions of border authorities.
12. Sanctions and compliance
e-Visa Russia Portal aims to act in line with applicable international sanctions rules, the rules of payment providers, and relevant law.
Our platform does not carry out transactions that are prohibited under sanctions in force.
Where necessary, customer, payment, application, or transaction information may be subject to compliance checks.
Some applications may be paused or refused because of legal duties or the requirements of payment providers.
In such cases, applicable refund and consumer protection rules will apply.
13. Personal data and document security
In order to carry out the application, we may process name, surname, date of birth, nationality, passport details, contact details, and other application documents that are required.
Personal data is processed only for legitimate service purposes and under applicable data protection law.
The applicant’s information may be shared with authorized service providers and the relevant official application systems to the extent needed to perform the service.

14. Customer communication
e-Visa Russia Portal may contact customers by email, or through other channels the customer accepts, so that applications can be prepared correctly.
Customers are responsible for following notices about their application and for providing requested information in time.
Delays that may result from incorrect contact details, or from not sending required replies in time, are assessed according to the circumstances of the case.
15. Suspension or refusal of the service
Processing of an application may be paused, or the service may be refused, in the following cases:
Submission of forged or misleading documents.
Absence of the required customer approval.
Inability to verify identity or application details.
Application of legal sanctions or payment restrictions.
An attempt to use the service in a way that conflicts with the law in force.
In such cases, the customer’s legal rights and the applicable refund conditions are reserved.
16. Limits of liability
e-Visa Russia Portal aims to provide its services with reasonable care.
Our platform cannot guarantee outcomes that arise from decisions of official authorities, border controls, interruptions of third-party systems, or events outside our control.
This section does not remove consumer rights or legal liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
17. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the original designs, texts, logos, and other content on evisarussiaportal.com are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Copying, reproducing, or using the content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
18. Changes to these terms
e-Visa Russia Portal may update these Terms of Service because of legal rules, service processes, or operational needs.
Updates are published on the website. Changes that affect an existing purchase do not remove, with retroactive effect, rights the customer has already acquired or rights that the law makes mandatory.
19. Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply, these Terms of Service are interpreted under the law of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country of residence and that cannot be waived by contract remain reserved.
In a dispute, the aim is first to seek a solution through customer support channels.
